Skating Is My Life is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of shipment.

In order to provide protection during shipment, we request that you use the original shipping materials to the best of your ability. You will need to include the following with your return/exchange:

• original packing slip or e-mail order confirmation
• completed return/exchange form (click here for printable form)

Skating Is My Life is not responsible for items damaged during shipping for returns or exchanges. In order to protect your purchase, all returns or exchanges should be sent, via an insured shipping method, to:
